Yoga has long been a touchstone for me; a place to return to for strength and clarity. I’ve practiced yoga off and on (sometimes more off than on!) for more than fifteen years. On the mat I find a space to calm my mind and be fully present in my body. I am trained in the Viniyoga style of yoga and especially appreciate the linking of breath and movement, and the focus on adapting the practice to the person. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Discover Yoga in 2018 and am registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. I enjoy creating a safe, welcoming space for all, and participants enjoy the calm, soothing presence I bring to my classes.
